Chocolate Hills, Bohol

Tsokolateng Burol - that is the tagalog version of  Chocolate Hills.

The Chocolate Hills in Bohol, Philippines are unusual 1,776 geological formation in Central Visayas region of the country.

For some reason, they look like "popo" of Gulliver which I think he did it many many years ago when he visited the Philippines.

The color of the hills changes varying from green to chocolate brown depending on the season. The perfect time to visit this place is around April and May.

These are the beauties adding value to the perfect scenery.

I think, my husband is one of Gulliver's great grand grand grand children. Do you still need a proof?

Chocolate Hills and the Humps in Bohol

We planned to visit Chocolate Hills for years, and finally this year we are lucky enough to make it.

This was my "lady like" pose which was requested by my husband especially for this photo.

Chocolate Hills is one of the famous tourist attractions of the country for their campaign "#itsmorefuninthephilippines'. They are right, it was really fun climbing by foot one of the hills just to be on that specific spot. LoL!

From Panglao Beach, we drove 45 minutes to reach Carmen. On our way to the top of the chocolate hills, the real journey begun.

I have been to this place three times now, so I would say; it is really worth to see it in real!

The super black beach of Lemery, Batanggas

I know that black sand beach is not as popular as the white sand beach. After our trip from Tagaytay to Lemery, we found this untouched heaven right in front of us.

For some reason, the reflection of the blue sky and the white clouds ostentatiously elaborates more than expected. I felt deep emotion as I stare to the waves that keeps moving near and far.

Black sand beach provides more color and emotion. A stunning scenery that creates magic right before your eyes.

From being Dutch to German and now Pinoy.

Husband is becoming a Filipino.

He loves the Philippines so much and people on it. He fell in love esp with the friendly gestures of our kabayan.

Proud to Pinoy!
